Textured LLDPE Waterproof Dam liners Geomembrane
Introduction:
LLDPE Textured Geomembrane is a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) liner specially designed for applications requiring excellent flexibility, elongation, and high resistance to puncture and stress cracking.
The textured surface provides superior friction performance on both sides, enhancing stability on slopes and preventing slippage between layers in geotechnical and environmental containment applications.
It is produced by a co-extrusion blow molding or calendering process, ensuring uniform thickness, consistent texture, and long-term durability under harsh chemical and UV exposure.
Product Features
Superior Flexibility & Elongation
Allows the membrane to conform easily to irregular surfaces, differential settlements, and complex shapes.Enhanced Friction Performance
Textured surface on one or both sides increases interface shear strength, ensuring stability on slopes and embankments.High Tear and Puncture Resistance
Withstands installation damage, gravel impact, and sharp objects in the field.Excellent Weathering & UV Resistance
Formulated with high-grade carbon black and stabilizers for long-term outdoor exposure.Outstanding Chemical Resistance
Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and hydrocarbons — suitable for wastewater and industrial containment.Superior Stress Crack Resistance
The linear polymer structure provides longer service life under cyclic stress conditions.Environmental Safety
Non-toxic, odorless, and compliant with environmental protection standards — safe for water and soil contact.
Production Process & Quality Control
LLDPE Textured Geomembrane is produced through a three-layer co-extrusion process under strict quality control systems:
Raw Material Selection:
100% virgin LLDPE resin from reputed suppliers (e.g., ExxonMobil, Dow, Sinopec).Co-extrusion Process:
Simultaneous extrusion of textured and core layers ensures consistent thickness and surface quality.Texture Formation:
Texture generated by precision rollers or blown film technology — uniform, strong, and stable roughness.Quality Inspection:
Each roll is tested for thickness, tensile properties, puncture resistance, carbon black content, and visual uniformity.Certification:
Products meet GRI-GM17 and ASTM D standards, with ISO9001/ISO14001 quality management systems.
